We are seeking after an economized plan from what you would pay for each of these services individually. Our economized plan involves a closer tie between design and construction and doing them together with you involved so that the resulting drawings are personalized to your branding and enables you to realize a healthier environment. Sometimes the factors that make the plan a healthier environment physically is unknown to us all until we begin the work. Our process is unique:

1. Design first so you know what you are getting.
2. Construction contract presented.
3. Pay for the design and contract deposit upon signing of the contract.
4. Balance in two phases.
   

We do this unique process because the investment in remodeling is a big step. We want time with you to build trust through knowing that we understand what you want in the millions of details involved in your project.
