Yet there is something magical about people doing the work of your business. There are problems to solve, ideas to come up with, work to process, vision to cast and people to work with which make the work all the more of value to life.

So what can you do when you are stuck? Stuck with an employee that is too valuable to let go yet too problematic to keep?

Answer. Keep them and see what Life Changes can do to help them become the valued employee you need them to be through coaching.

OR... What if you see a high turn over of employees and you've got wind that you are the problem or the pervasive problem will be your problem if you don't make a change? Will you make a surface change which convinces you and others that you are doing something about the issues? We coach the people problems of your business, especially when it is the boss that needs the coaching. We do deep root level coaching where the change makes your world a healthier place to work at.

Our Process. Simple and economical:
1. Interview you on the issues and the type of workplace you would want people to experience there. Identify key leaders or personnel to be coached, and develop your business's purpose statement with its key indicators. This is some of the content of our "Workplace Sludge Survey."

2. In-person coaching to introduce the person(s) to the goal and life coaching process.

3. Present our coaching contract which covers our time on steps 1 & 2. (+ $630 for each leader or personnel coached for three months. Your savings is by comparing executive coaching and the loss of energy that's expended on the "People Sludge.")

4. Start phone-coaching the key person(s) identified in the contract. Phone-coaching allows for confidentiality for your people and economizes your worker’s time while reducing your contract cost.

5. 6th week "Workplace Sludge Survey" check-in.
